Former Sherbrooke Mayor Bernard Sévigny is launching a book next Tuesday at the Sherbrooke Museum of Science and Nature. Entitled “L’Aquarium municipal : récit documenté sur la gouvernance municipale,” the 563 page text appears to be a reflection on municipal politics, although very little information is available on the content of the book in advance of its launch.
