Bishop’s on track to ­install path lights in spring

Following up on the news from last August that a lighting system and emergency call boxes are on the way for the path leading from the Bishop’s University campus to the Champlain College Residences on Winder street, a representative of the university says the school is on track to have lights installed on this coming spring.
