The Champlain-Lennoxville Cougars came out on top in the 2019 Bol D’or in Thetford Mines, Nov. 16, 2019 with a score of 24-17. With a slow start to the season, the Cougars of Champlain-Lennoxville College ended with success at the 2019 Bol D’or provincial championship. After winning last week against the Spartans of Cegep du Vieux-Montreal, who were the first place team in the division 1 league, the Cougars made it to the Bol D’or to play against the Cheetahs of Vanier College. The Cougars started the game strong without losing the lead throughout the entire match. Finally, with a score of 24-17 the Cougars ended their season as champions.
