Coming into their matchup with the Quebec Remparts Saturday afternoon the Sherbrooke Phoenix had been outscored by a margin of 15-4 in their last two games. After losing 8-0 last weekend to the Drummondville Voltigeurs and 7-4 to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada Friday night, Sherbrooke hosted the Quebec Remparts at the Palais des Sports. Prior to the game local couple Véronique Richard and Guillaume Corriveau had their wedding at the Palais des Sports. Their wedding wish was reportedly for a Phoenix victory.
