The Lampe Foundation, an affiliate of the CFUW-Sherbrooke and District, held its annual awards ceremony last Thursday at The Hut in Lennoxville. With a mandate to support the education of men and women in the local community and encourage continuation of studies, the foundation gave out close to 50 awards this year (2017-18), spanning from high-school bursaries to university and mature student scholarships.
