A large group of people from all walks of life gathered at Uplands Cultural and Heritage Centre on Wednesday evening to celebrate the end of “Lennoxville Folks’ Tales,” a community storytelling project that began in February and crossed generations and mixed media on its way to becoming a finished, bound book. Although the final product of the project consists of a small book containing the stories “In the Forest by the Bog” by Margaret Owens and “Two Sisters” by Sharon Rothney, the project as a whole represents a large-scale community effort.
