The ladies of the Lennoxville Curling Club held their 50th annual bonspiel with the Mardi Gras theme. Eighteen teams competed for the Mardi Gras Trophy in the main event and for the Guthrie Trophy in consolation event.
Lauren Cheal of Lennoxville skipped her junior team to an impressive victory over Louise Gaudreault’s Sherbrooke team to take the Mardi Gras Trophy while on sheet 2, Kim Mastine’s Windsor Team took the Guthrie Trophy by overcoming Jacinthe Loiselle’s Magog team.
