While the election campaign continues to rev up, candidates of all parties have had the opportunity to take advantage of meeting lots of people who are drawn to the many festivals in the region. Denis Paradis, running for the Liberal Party of Canada in Brome-Missisquoi was no exception when, over the past weekend, flanked by his entourage including Stephane Dion, former leader of the opposition, dropped by to take in Town of Brome Lake’s Duck fest and Projet Ecosphere’s environment festival at the Brome Fairgrounds.
