The flags of the City of Sherbrooke flew at half-mast yesterday in solidarity with the people of the city of Humboldt, Saskatchewan, following the horrendous accident last Friday that took the lives of 15 members of the city’s junior hockey team. "Sports activities are part of the social fabric of a community,” said Sherbrooke Mayor Steve Lussier. “Hockey has always been a very popular sport, and we enjoy it here in Sherbrooke with the Phoenix.
