The team representing St-George’s Anglican Church, pictured here alongside host Bob Black of St-Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, were the winners of this year’s “Battle of the Churches” Bonspiel in Lennoxville. The team won the greatest number of points overall in the competition of eight teams from six local churches that brought together players from Lennoxville, Waterville, Sherbrooke, North Hatley and beyond.
