Judy Brown, Juanita Patton and Margie Woollerton were busy yesterday decorating and packaging the last of this year’s Easter egg orders, St. George’s churches biggest annual fundraiser. Since the 1970s, volunteers have been whipping up the recipe, provided to the congregation by Mrs. Mead. Mead's husband had been Minister at St. George's until the couple moved to Ontario. Since trying out the eggs close to 40 years ago, the tradition has continued to grow in popularity. See full story in the Wednesday, March 21st edition of The Record.
