The Desjardins-Windsor Wild will be on home ice Friday at the J.-A. Lemay Centre for the first time this season, after starting their 2021-2022 Ligue Régionale Hockey campaign on the road.
The Wild return with two wins and one loss. They claimed their second win of the season on Saturday in a 4-3 shootout over the Courteau de Trois-Rivières. However, while it has been a positive start to the season, Windsor is looking forward to reconnecting with fans.
“We are really looking forward to seeing our world again,” said Wild President Benoit Lefebvre. “We had a great first season in the Regional Hockey League, the fans responded positively by attending the games in large numbers. We couldn’t ask for more.”
